I am an ophthalmology researcher and worked as a graduate teaching assistant from 2005-2009. I have mentored many graduate and undergrad students from 2010 and the current date for their research projects. I have always tailored my teaching style based on the student's need. I try to make the class interactive, rather than just a lecture session. I believe that tutoring is a two way street and good communication is the key to a successful tutor-tutee relationship.

I completed my PhD from a reputed University in India and had two postdoctoral experiences. My first postdoc was from Lund University, Sweden and the second was from University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY. Outside of research I enjoy tutoring, reading fiction and spending time with my family.
