Experience
I am an ophthalmology researcher and worked as a graduate teaching assistant from 2005-2009. I have mentored many graduate and undergrad students from 2010 and the current date for their research projects. I have always tailored my teaching style based on the student's need. I try to make the class interactive, rather than just a lecture session. I believe that tutoring is a two way street and good communication is the key to a successful tutor-tutee relationship.
